Tomorrow Starts Today
The Movement
In 2024 The Tomorrow Club was founded after recognizing a gap no existing institution was filling — a civic home for the next generation of American leaders who were ready to build but had nowhere to go.
Not a political party. Not a protest movement. Not another nonprofit talking about change while producing none.
Something real. Something built for the people who show up.
In year one the organization served 100 families, supported 100 unhoused neighbors, brought Christmas to 50 children, and trained six civic leaders. $20,000 raised. Real partnerships built. No announcements. Just work.
That year proved one thing — this generation doesn't need to be inspired. It needs somewhere to go.
The Tomorrow Club is that somewhere.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our Convictions
This generation has more civic capacity than any institution is currently willing to acknowledge.
01
The future doesn't belong to the loudest party or the most funded campaign. It belongs to the people willing to build it.
02
Civic leadership isn't born. It's developed. Every generation deserves the infrastructure to develop it.
03
Service and leadership are the same thing. You don't lead a community you haven't served.
04
05
Tomorrow is not a promise. It's a construction project. And the people who build it are already here.
The Tomorrow Club develops civic leaders through three expressions of the same conviction — that tomorrow gets built by the people willing to show up for it.
THREE PROGRAMS. ONE MISSION.
FORBES LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE (FLEX)
A bi-annual leadership development fellowship for college students. Fellows spend one semester developing the civic knowledge, leadership skills, and community connections they need to lead with purpose.
The Tomorrow Delegation
A national network of selected emerging leaders from across all 50 states contributing weekly civic insight that becomes the annual State of Tomorrow report. Selected. Not admitted.
Tomorrow Kits
Citizens don't wait for institutions to serve their communities. They show up themselves — delivering essential care to families, unhoused neighbors, and children in need.
WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED.
Year one proved the model locally. Year two takes it national.
The vision is a Tomorrow Delegation with leaders in all 50 states producing a State of Tomorrow that becomes the defining civic document of the next generation. A FLEX fellowship that has trained thousands of civic leaders showing up in communities across the country. A movement so rooted and so proven that when the next chapter of American civic life is written — the people who built it will have come from here.
Tomorrow is coming. The Tomorrow Club is building it.
