FORBES LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE (FLEX)

The Forbes Leadership Exchange (FLEX) is a bi-annual fellowship program designed for college students who are ready to grow beyond the classroom. Fellows spend two semesters developing the civic knowledge, leadership skills, and community connections they need to lead with purpose. FLEX isn't a resume builder, it's a formation experience. Applications open for the Beta Class Summer 2027.

Tomorrow KITS

Tomorrow Kits are our community service arm — and the proof that Citizens don't wait for institutions to serve their communities. They show up themselves. Through partnerships with organizations like Comfort Cases, TC Citizens deliver essential care items directly to families, unhoused neighbors, children in need, and other underserved communities. This is what civic conviction looks like in action.

The Tomorrow Delegation

The Tomorrow Delegation is the flagship program of The Tomorrow Club — a national network of selected emerging leaders from across all 50 states who serve as civic correspondents from their communities. Delegates submit weekly insights about what's actually happening where they live, contributing to the annual State of Tomorrow report. Selected. Not admitted. Applications open August 2026.

Meet the Founder

Kyren Garel

Founder & Executive Director — The Tomorrow Club

Before he founded The Tomorrow Club, Kyren Garel spent nearly a decade inside Microsoft Federal building and deploying AI and cloud infrastructure for national security and federal civilian agencies. His technical work shaped how some of the most consequential institutions in the country operate.

Kyren is an ordained faith leader, civic architect, and builder who believes the next generation of American leaders deserves infrastructure as sophisticated as the systems he spent a decade designing. In September 2026 he begins his PhD in Politics at the University of York in the United Kingdom where his dissertation examines how civic technology can open new pathways for independent civic leadership.

He believes the most powerful thing you can do for the next generation isn't inspire them. It's build them somewhere to go.

The Tomorrow Club is what that conviction looks like in practice.
